CEO & FounderMr. Daniel Prado holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and is a Co-Founder and CEO of TURBI. His professional career includes positions at renowned financial institutions such as BTG Pactual, where he served as Executive Director, and Goldman Sachs, where he worked in Investment Banking and Private Banking in Brazil and the USA. He was also a Founding Partner of Solo Investimentos and has experience in capital markets and financial management, in addition to being Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nau Capital. He also serves as a board member and investor for technology companies like CashGo and Pilla, among others.

CFOMr. Mario Liao is the CFO of Turbi, with over 20 years of experience in finance. His career was consolidated at GOL Linhas Aéreas, where he served as CFO and Financial VP. An expert in financial restructuring, capital markets, and tax efficiency, he has led multi-billion dollar operations and turnaround processes. Internationally recognized, he was named one of the top 10 CFOs in the country in 2024. He is an angel investor (GV Angels), a financial advisor (Ironman Co.), and a member of the IBGC. He holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA from FDC, and a Board Member certification from the IBGC.

He has over 17 years of experience in strategic planning and high-impact projects, with previous roles at companies like iFood, Alelo, TAM, and TerraForum, always with a focus on innovation, competitive intelligence, and business expansion.

COOMr. Flávio Torreglosa is a production engineer with a degree from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and has over 15 years of experience in operations, planning, and continuous improvement. He began his career in the industry, with roles at companies such as Volkswagen, L’Oréal, and LATAM Airlines, holding leadership positions focused on operational efficiency and strategic project management. He has been at Turbi since 2021, where he led areas such as Operations and Risk Management, and is currently the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for scaling processes, optimizing operations, and ensuring the execution of the company’s strategy.

Investor RelationsMr. Eduardo Portelada is an economist with a degree from Insper and has over ten years of experience in the financial market. He began his career in Equity Research at Itaú BBA, later moving to the Corporate Credit division at the same bank. He spent three years at the Private Equity fund Southern Cross Group, where he analyzed investment opportunities and supported the management of portfolio companies. He then spent six years at Credit Suisse, initially analyzing Brazilian companies’ stocks and debt securities, and later as an Investment Strategist, responsible for recommendations to the bank’s entire client base in Brazil. Since 2024, he has led the Investor Relations department at Turbi, responsible for fundraising and supporting the company’s expansion strategy.

She has extensive experience in P&L management, strategic planning, digital transformation, and developing scalable products. She is recognized for leading high-impact initiatives, such as the integration of Banco Original with PicPay and structuring Cloud operations from scratch at Oracle.
